Feel extremely lucky to be in this position, having had a rich history of rejections in the past. Thanks to fellow blinders for shaping how to think about interviews, rejections, offers etc. This community rocks. Where would you go? Please feel free to share reasons as comments as well, or words of warning about companies you feel strongly against. Any information helps and is appreciated. All of them in California or Seattle ?
Updated
Google or Airbnb
Why not Lyft?
I use Uber, not Lyft
Congrats, mi amigo!
Congratulations OP. Those are some great offers. How were the Google L4 interviews? LC Medium/Hard? Did you have any System Design? Asking cos I have about the same YOE but got L3 despite having mostly positive feedback (only 1 interview was a lean no hire) Would recommend Airbnb cos they are a Pre-IPO company
Thank you. Did you get strong hires in all interviews?
I would vote Google usually but that comp diff seems too big. I would go Lyft.

Assigning weight to insiders opinions
Honestly that sucks. The fallacy is most culture depends on team and you have most impact by your HM on the quality of work you do. I have been through startups which are known for notoriously WLB but the quality of work was something that would talk for years. So, it's not that bad with intuition but trust your gut in picking the team and managers than anything else. If you feel that the conv was bad/ questions posed during interviews, than you should put those companies in back burner. The unanimous suggestion to Google is because of th rich heritage of pulling something out of thin air for decades. All the other companies do but not at the scale of Google.
