I know, in comparison to iPhone X sales, pixel 2 has far fewer sale/activation. However that doesn't mean much since no one expected the pixel line up to catch up to Apple this quickly any way.
Sales & Activation numbers are relative based on expectations from product & marketing. For example, in it's first year of launch, Chrome browser had an internal target of 2% market share (based on conversations with my Google buddies, may not be fully accurate though).
So my question to Googlers: relative to your internal expectations, do you consider pixel 2 line up of phones a success?
(P.S. using the Pixel 2 XL & loving it 😊)

There are better Android devices out there.
Neither of them have stellar cameras though. However, if I'm *that* particular about photography, I'll buy a dedicated point and shoot that none of the phones can match anyway.
I wish google would polish some of the glaring stuff (messaging, cheaping out on Bluetooth or screens, fixing bugs) to be as good as an iPhone. iOS is so stale but the A processors, iMessage and touch latency/typing experience are so good.
