Got Microsoft offer
Finally after 3 week, today I received offer from MS I have 11 years of experience, based out of Netherlands Offered level is 60 with consultant role Base + car cash = 90k euro Target Bonus = 20% Sign in stock = 4.5 K dollar Sign in cash = 0 Team = MS services, Azure Infra Location = Amsterdam, Netherlands Is this offer is fine ? How should I negotiate? Thanks
Level seems low but what is "consultant" Job? Field sales? Plus Eau comp def different from US comp. What is car cash? Mileage or a set number on a monthly basis?

Sounds like a low offer. What's the average in Netherlands ? I think european offers are way different from US offers. Definitely there is a room to negotiate. Do u have competing offers?
Yes it’s too as per my expectation after had excellent interview No I don’t have any other offer as I just applied for MS because of my Azure aspiration
Network with people and see what they make in amsterdam. Whatever we say may not be relevant there. Definitely figure what you want and present that to recruiter and say. If you give me this, I will accept the offer right away. Also always a good idea yo look for competing offers. Its the only good way to be able to negotiate or find your value.
Maybe you got level 60 because your past yoe is not all azure?
Because ICC’s yoe are all fake?
Offer seems alright, you can get more from booking/uber, but it's above dutch consultancy companies. Also you'll pay tax on the company car so think about it, I don't need a car in my life so I would consider it a disadvantage and not a benefit.

Did you finally accepted the offer? I know I am bumping an old thread but my wife is currently interviewing for MS at Netherlands and what salary she should target? 15 yoe and she gets below 100k in the US as like all Desi companies ;)
