I got a phone interview with Oculus team on Friday. I have +10yoe, and for E5 position. Couldnt prepare much though :( Is that true Leetcode "hard" could be asked? What would you spend your last day on?
Leet code medium is the best bang for your buck, but tbh if i were you i wouldn't do any leet code. Doing problems the day before the interview does more harm than good because your brain is a LRU cache. You're going to memorize the solution and try to force it on the next problem you're given.
U will lose it. Try to postpone.
Jist sent an email to the recruiters, didny hear back yet.
Or be like me and totally forget. They want you though and in my case was happy to reschedule like a month later
Ho.. you are at Google though :)
Just postpone it. Emergencies, weird situations come up all the time. I’ve interviewed tons of candidates and love when I get cancelations. That means I have an hour back. What a gift! Plus, I’m usually never even told why the cancellation happened, nor would I care. Remember they want you to get the job! Now sometimes roles close, but at FB you don’t get placed for a job until after boot camp, so you don’t have to worry about that.
Funny. I also feel happy when onsite interview is cancelled. Feeling refreshed.

Questions are unpredictable. I was asked probability question :(
You can reschedule to 3 or 4 weeks later, but no more 4 weeks
Rescheduled to the next week. Thanks :)
Cool. Now start preparing without wasting time. Leetcode fb tagged should be good enough
Cheers mate!

Why don’t you reschedule it? Another 1-2 weeks shouldn’t hurt.
I should have done that. On-call this week got me insane. ☠️☠️ Now it's one day before. Should it be fine?
Yes I think it’s totally fine to delay because of unexpected workload, perfectly reasonable. Recruiters are people too right? :) also if they think you should rush it for some reasons, they would tell you. Send a note now I guess. :)
