These days I can't go a day without bumping into someone who claims they are developing for "insert big co here" when in reality they are just faffing around with CSS on a random page. Then I get an offer to work for one. Do I even bother with it? All it seems these dev sweatshops do is to pay little and bring us on board with the promise of shiny new tech. But in actual reality you get worked to the bone and hardly learn anything whilst the agency owners are the one's who profit the most. Plus, what the hell, you can't even go through the interview process without being compared to an employee who had 20 years experience in 2 languages and is supposedly better than you because of your age. Tell me it's not worth it.
This is the maddest I've ever seen someone who GOT the offer lol
