Hi Blinders! Does anyone has recent SDE-1 compensation details from Grab Bangalore office? YoE: 2 TC: 2.2 million INR

22 Lacs is not average.. May be its top 5% from my knowledge

22 lakhs is pretty low for 2 YOE. Average of new gards I know is higher. But it might be a biased sample space.

Yeah just got an offer frm grab it is like literally same as what i'm making now at amazon and it's their max they can offer so pay is not good for sde1 maybe try for sde2
