Hey, People in India, which one would be a better choice for a new grad. Both are backed engineering roles. TC Directi: 17L Base, 30L CTC(Across 4 years). Grab: 18L Base, 1500 RSU, 15% Bonus. Thanks

Hi G3 level seems to be correct for your YOE. I didn't join both Grab or Zeta due to some personal reasons. It is possible when Grab goes IPO (which they have to before 2023) the stocks worth will increase a lot. But can go vice versa too. Better to negotiate well right now
