Grab's new CTO, Vassilakis, was an L8 director at Google and a Partner at Msft. So there's your answer, equivalent is CTO.

Microsoft probably has over a thousand partners. Some of them might fit Grab need with the ability to deliver and could potentially become one of the directors in Seattle site upon expansion.
