Grab startup in Seattle
Does anyone have experience with grab? I would like to know more about their work culture and work life balance ?

It's pretty good. Try to get good RSUs. They are doing well. Currently the internal stock valuation is at $8 but soon they will go to IPO and it is expected to hit $54 to $67. Huge jump 😀

Where does the 54 to 67 come from?
Their interview process sucked (director of engineering asked me why my whiteboard code didn't have semicolons, a lot of random knowledge type questions) They lowballed my offer to the tune of 50k total comp less than I was making, when I brought up current TC as expectation before phone screen. Said they couldn't make a better deal unless I promised to accept.
