You probably have personality issues. Sorry to say it. You could be the best programmer or ML guru in the world, but if you’re an arrogant jerk or something like that, no one will want to work with you.
Culture fits are the most inaccurate part of the entire interview process.
How is random hobo joe the interviewer supposed to be a culture expert. What even is culture? Completely arbitrary and meaningless, even with “principles”. And then to think an interviewer could accurately detect culture fit, assuming they even know wtf that means, is ridiculous.
How about we rename it to “get the interviewer to like you” and just call it for it is. Nothing more than a brown nose test.
