Green card via investment
Anyone got this via investment ? How to go about it ? I’ve about 750k that I can invest, and get a green card instead of waiting for years (since I’m an Indian).
EB-5 will start getting back logged as well for years
Is there a backlog for it already ?
Current for Indians, but back logged for Chinese

India already has a backlog. It’s not just been calculated so not disclosed, it’s about 5 years of backlog in Indian line. Good luck

Make sure that the company in which you invest is not fraud...since initial investment return is not guaranteed
If you have $750 K to spare, just retire in India and live like a king.
I believe you will need to hire and substantiate impact in terms of jobs created. Further it needs renewal every year I think.
I have seen advertisements for companies that help you with an EB5 green card application with an investment of 500k and above. Google it.
Doing that. Currently in the research phase. Will meet a few lawyers as well. But if someone has got it already, would be a great help to hear from them.
