You should see a doctor. Feeling old in your 30s is about 25 years to early.
Have enough sleep and exercise regularly.
Huh another thirties victim
Feeing the same... in my late 20s...
I'm 29. And I feel so old. These 19-26 year olds so full of energy.
I agree with others. Go see a doctor. Low Vitamin D, various anemias(iron, B12), thyroid, sleep apnea, allergies, lack appropriate nutrition... So many reasons why our bodies feel old. And many of them are fairly easy to correct. After correcting a lot of the above and gradually feeling better (I'm 42), I realized my mattress wasn't doing me any favors. It helped a lot! Then I decided to leave Intel. Its been impossible to shake the impact of the last two years if layoffs and they've done nothing to call it out and restore trust in its workforce. Last day is next Friday.
Good for you
I'm 49 11/12... I'm too old for the valley.. Im 30 in my heart and mind, but body meh.. Wish 40 again... Enjoy every bit...
Was just thinking how western throwaway culture creates a mentality of subconscious fear as we all seek to hide any signs of ageing as we do not wish to be considered past our expiration date. Point is, anyone who works in technology must internalize this at a much higher magnitude as everything is about constantly moving on to the next more efficient/faster version? So someone in their thirties would be old in tech, because this mentality would mean the newest hires are the newest models and everyone else is outdated and nearly obsolete? I don't believe this, just think it's an aesthetic we buy into without even being aware of it. (Apologies for rambling...couldn't sleep and read this...perfect storm/word vomit)
How old are you
In my thirties
