I'm trying to make that switch too - I took the UW applied ML MooC joined a bunch of meetups and am trying to build a portfolio to get experience. Lots of resources out there to be able to make this kind of switch
How’s your experience with UW so far? Is it hard to get into? I heard it’s one of the top Data Science Master program out there.
I took the coursera MooC online not the actual Masters program already have a masters don't want to go back to grad school again especially given the amount of learning material available online. Although the UW MooC is awesome loved it
