Growth at HFT firms
What is career growth like over at places like Citadel, Two Sig, Jump, etc? Can one become a manager in a couple of years / can a stint at one of these companies lend itself to becoming a manager over at FANG?

Working at one of those places (Two sigma has a very small hft arm btw) wonโt help you become a manager more at a FANG more than working at a FANG / unicorn
