Guidance on comparing offer between Uber vs Airbnb
Mainly about stock. How shall I compare if the amout is the same?

Uber is liquid. I would discount AirBnb stock and consider it is worth 50-70% of Uber stock. It depends on your need for liquidity. Consider lock up period as well for AirBnb. Uber may be better resume and career as it looks dealing with more complex problems with possibility of interesting things happening in the future with self driving.
