I work at a company where lunch is provided, but there is no company gym. Is it okay to go to the gym during lunch? It seems like lunch is provided to keep employees from leaving, and that I’d be abusing this perk, but it’s the most convenient time for me.
Ask your boss
2 rules: Work out in something other than a polo or traditional garb. Use the clothing dedicated to this activity. Clean your workout station after exercise.
just go to the gym at 11 and be back in time for your free lunch. win win
I think at Amazon, many people work over 12 hours. It should be fine to work out around noon.
I’m not at Amazon
Are you serious with this question? Can you not do with and manage your own time as you see fit as an adult? Produce results and nobody cares when/where you eat or workout.
I encourage my team to work out at lunch , if they want to. Productivity and focus is higher after workout.
Is amazon REALLY that bad where you’re worried about being reprimanded for going to the gym for an hour during lunch?
Not at Amazon
In fact if this is a serious question and how your work environment is your #1 focus should be finding a new job immediately.
I agree just do it
Work environment is really good But subconscious biases are easy to form
You need a new job bro
The struggle is real
