That is not updated frequently and appears to be incorrect information. My H1B transfer application got approved in January at the California Center after 2.5 months, even though the backlog at the time said 7.5 to 9.5 months or something ridiculous like that. There were many other people who had a similar experience as mine with recent approvals.
Was your case updated on the Case Status Uscis website on the same date of approval ?Mine has been showing Validation error for so long now. Not even Case Received
It was updated on the same day of approval at the following page: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov. If you create an account and add your case there, that for some reason gives you more up to date case status than the other page where you don't create an account. It was updated at the link above even before my lawyer got the notice.
