H1 RFE: Beneficiary Qualifications

i recently got RFE on my H1 transfer. RFE is around Beneficiary Qualifications. i have around 13 years exp working in SW field My bachelors is in Electronics( no masters) Havent got the update from Fragomen lawyers on how they are proceeding on responding Others who got the similar RFE , can you please update/weigh in on the best way to proceed? Is expert opinion needed always? or educational evaluation good enough?

I got RFE for BQ and denied after response. EE degree. Law firm is Fragomen. Hope ur lawyer would do their diligences.

6 years of experience. EE degree in US. Transfer to big tech company. California service center. Fragomen messes up my application. Role is SDE.

Yup. My case was prepared by their paralegal. After getting RFE, paralegal left Fragomen and case was then handed to a Summer Intern paralegal. Holy f**k.
