H1 transfer RFE success
This is for folks stuck in the RFE process for H1 transfers. Just want to say do not lose hope. Sharing my personal experience: H1 transfer filed: 15th june USCIS Received: 16th june Rfe issued: 27th june Rfe reason confirmed by attorney: july 8th Rfe responded: 15th aug USCIS received: 17th aug approved: 23rd aug joining FAANG if RFE issued is for specialty occupation then making sure the technicalities of your job role are clearly explained is KEY. And also the mapping of how your degree relates to the role. In this whole process there is some amount of control you can exercise and that is helping your attorneys in drafting your job responsibilities. Use that to your advantage.

Same here and for me it took 2 months 10 days to respond and now waiting for uscis to respond.

Literally on the same timeline, company and lawyers. Except they haven't responded to my case yet. Still waiting for expert letter 🤦♂️

Same speciality Occupation RFE for me received on Aug 9th . Fortunately or unfortunately I had to take full control of the job description and make it as much technical as possible and match it with my coursework. My entire hiring team is abroad so they don’t have much experience tackling H1 issues. HR was helpful but not in terms of adding technical meat to the role. Currently all docs with lawyers. Hopefully response will be filed soon. Lawyers are saying expert opinion is not needed for my case

Wow who is your attorney? They did pretty good job timeline wise
Lot of constant follow up from my end and ensured hiring manager and recruiter kept the pressure on when needed
