H1 transfer for Consular notify approved
Need a guidance friends. I am currently on L1. To move to a new company, How does H1 transfer work if approved for consular notify (so no change of status) but haven’t yet gone to home country for stamping to change from L1 to H1. Would be great if any tips, advice or self experience shared.

Either your company files for change of status which typically happen 3-4 months before your L1 expires without you having to travel outside USA If thats not the case, you will have to travel outside USA and get your visa stamped.
