H1 transfer to Amazon denied after RFE —-next steps
Amazon will file another transfer or will they move other international office if candidate is ok ? Any information would help

I kow your feeling, it’s your big break and it dint work work out. Sometimes they re-submit, but if you dint join them they most probably will rescind it rather than sending you to different country. Don’t mean to scare you, check with the lawyer.
My advice would be to contact a immigration lawyer, sorry for this. Was it a sde position? And does your degree match with your position

I got an RFE after the attorneys told me the transfer was approved and I left my previous job. When I asked them what's the worst case scenario if that doesn't go through, they said they'll try to challenge or temporarily place abroad, if needed. If the hiring manger really feels confident about you, talk to them, along with the attorneys, they should be able to help.
