I think they are. Maybe I should apply for a job online. My boss doesn't seem to be interested in keeping me full time. And also, he's not an engineer and I'm struggling to convince my value to him. Our project is struggling some, due to factors totally out of my work scope and my boss is too much into big #years experience and laundry list of technologies and too little into evaluating somebody's engineering abilities.
Visa will need your H1 B transfer fully approved before you start. Because of current restrictions on premium processing, since its not possible to get full approval before you start, visa has put a temporary hold on hiring on H1. The obviously don't wan to wait months for approval in regular processing
