H1B to GC and YOE

How much do the YOE affect the H1B to GC process? I'm currently working my first job with 1.5YOE and bachelor's from an American uni. Walmart has recently started the GC process for me. I've read some stuff and it looks like the skills that I've acquired during the job can't be used as a justification for the GC. If that's the case would I benefit from switching the companies now? I'm not sure if I should stick with Walmart for now and get my GC (non Chinese/Indian) or just switch jobs as I planned. TC 105k

If you are not Chinese/Indian, getting gc is a cake walk comparatively.

Would there be any issues given only 1.5YOE?

For ROW gc is easier than H1b

You were born lucky. Appreciate the fact that you don't have to wait for over a decade for GC

Switch. Otherwise you will be competing against a ton of people who can include their experience during the job advertisement phase. It is like bringing a knife to a gun fight.

Happened to a friend/colleague at Walmart. They found someone local for the job. This guy had 3+ years of skills from prior work experience. You will have 0 on your application.
