H1B transfer after revocation/withdrawal

Has anyone transferred to another employer after current employer revoked h1b? I'm on a career break and returned to home country. Been 4 months since I stopped working. Having some interviews lined up. If I received an offer in a month, will h1 transfer work? Also not sure if it means withdraw or revoke. Uscis status shows as revocation notice sent. But seems withdrawal also has the same description. Please share experience if you've transferred between companies or had breaks in between. Thanks!
