My case says approved online and the attorneys received an email confirmation from uscis. Haven't received hard copy yet. Is it safe to move now? (I'm definitely paranoid)
Good to go man đđđ
LMAO- it's ppl like you that attorneys absolutely hate. Uou most definitely waste their time with your dumb questions when they could be focusing on cases/ issues for other immigrants (most likely other colleagues that you may even know) who have real issues with their status in the US. Stop being annoying.
Thanks.
Why so salty, INPe72? I don't see anything dumb with this question. It's always better to ask questions than be sorry later. Specially when it's about the immigration matter. For example, it's legally allowed to join on receipt and also immigration attorneys won't tell you to not join on receipt, but it's pretty well known that it's not safe to join on receipt. How would someone have found out about the risk if they didn't ask?
How long it takes to transfer?
Premium processing... About 10 days
Did you get your receipt notice on 28th?
Can you recount the sequence of events from the offer sign-on date? - Day 0 Signing the offer and transfer initiated - Day 10 : email confirmation - Day __ : hard copy - Day __ : notice period begins - Day __ : joining the new company. Thanks!!
How long it took for them to receive email confirmation from uscis?
Even with a hard copy, if it doesnât have Trumpâs signature then itâs still not safe
Lol
Congrats by the way đ
