It's ok you can transfer as many but choose one among them to join, but don't burn Bridges, if first company hasn't started h1b transfer tell them you can't move forward with them..

Who ever gets last approval will have the last laugh. Unless one withdraws before the other gets an approval. The most recommended way for you to go is ask your first employer to withdraw the application and then proceed with amazon.

Hi I actually went through similar situation where I have signed multiple offers and it’s totally fine to initiate multiple h1 transfers. Remember at any point of time a person can have maximum up to 7 h1bs on his name but the payroll should be run on only any one of h1b

You can have multiple H1b transfers at the same time - you can also work on multiple H1bs at the same time ! However in your case when you clearly want to work for Amazon only, its ethical to apologize to the first employer asap and tell them to stop process so that they can save costs - however pls note that in a real life scenario you should do this only when Amazon has send the petition to USCIS

Did you continue interviews after the first offer? Or did you accept it before the Amazon recruiter got back to you?

Hey all, I talked to the lawyer. Here are the questions, Me: Does second employer need to know about visa transfer filed by the first one? Lawyer: No, they don't have to. They can file their own petition. Me: Does petitions conflict with each other? Lawyer: No, as long as the they are coming from different employers. Me: when I decide to join second company after approval, How would first company deal with its petition? Lawyer: first company can withdraw the petition. But you can start working for the second one without worrying. I think this aligns with all of your suggestions. Thank you so much for taking time and helping the situation. Hello all, my H1 transfer was approved. There was an RFE for speciality occupation, amazon responded and then it was approved. Thank you guys for helping the situation. I am happier than on the day I had offer😀
