H1B transfer
Hello I got H1B approval from the company I want to join. However when I handed my resignation the current company offered me a better pay and a promotion. Can I now reject the offer of the other company, will they charge me for the h1b transfer since they have to withdraw the petition

Other than an academic interest why would that matter? OP would be a fool to accept the counter, doubly so being on an H1B.
