H1b transfer, 2 months and waiting
It’s been 2 months and 3 days and haven’t received a receipt yet. Anybody else in the same boat as me ?

Received approval in 3 weeks. There was no receipt. Directly got approval.

I had got receipt immediately from California. Waiting on approval. It’s been 6 weeks now. Wish premium starts on 19th. Did you check with your lawyer if they got the receipt? My lawyer had informed me after 10 days of the receipt date.
When did you apply and how long did it take for you to get the receipt
My receipt notice has received date as dec 24th and Notice date as Dec 26th. My lawyer sent me the receipt notice in 1st week of Jan

Just to clarify, I did get my receipt. Haven’t gotten the approval yet.
Ok. Then it’s just me again. Maybe I too get the approval directly like someone else mentioned.
@Bwurha, do you have your case number? If so, create an account and add your case at the following link. It has the most up-to-date case info for all USCIS cases: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov. Usually the receipt comes pretty fast.

I got my receipt immediately at the California Center and my approval last month after a 2.5 month wait. Hang in there!
