Hi, I am on Opt right now, My H1B is picked, also received RFE. I am currently working for company A who is going to layoff my job around July however, the company is going to retain me till October 17. Fortunately i received an offer from different company. (company B) My question is can i do an H1b tranfer with my 1st pay stub which will generate on October 15. In such Scenario, when that company B applies for an H1B transfer petition after my 1st pay stub, is one pay stub enough for submitting to Uscis? Will there be any problem?!
How would you transfer H1B if it's not been approved🤔
Assuming that my h1b rfe will be approved, since i have a very strong case
Just my opinion. Paystubs are required only to prove your employment with the previous company. I don't think it needs to be a paycheck during your H1B term. i.e. exclusively after October 1st. Also as the other user pointed out change of status only works if the current H1B application gets approved. Otherwise you'll have to continue working on OPT and expect to get into lottery again next year

Tipping culture is really getting out of control! Waiter gave me ‘a look’ because I tipped her 10% for ‘BAD service!’
Just wow...
