Seriously?
Where are you getting this info?
Is there somewhere we can get the official processing times from USCIS?
Uscis dot gov should have section for average processing times per office per application type. Although I think these are usually 15-30 days delayed but good to check recent trends.
I heard 4-6 months
https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ I-129 for California is 6.5 - 8.5 months
10 years.
What did Cisco HR or Fragomen say?
Looked at the info on trackit. Last year when H1B PP was suspended it only took 60-90 days for 90% of the cases. Can we expect the same now? Or do you think this time it will be different ?
Cannot expect anything to be certain . How did you arrive at these numbers ?
Trackitt.com. Look at the H1B time taken between April 2017 - sept 2017.
Cisco came back saying they are willing to wait but offer letter States that employment will begin November 1st or before. Should I ask them to add the condition of joining only on H1B approval in the offer letter ?
Any updates guys? I accepted an offer in October and still waiting to get receipt. Not planning to join on receipt so might be February by the time they approve. Lawyer took a long time to file as I’m moving to a product role. This sucks because I’m moving to a startup and the role is much more exciting than my current one 🤮
I am also in the same boat
