H1b transfer RFE
Hey guys, I got an RFE (speciality occupation) for H1B transfer. Is it safe to transfer based on H1B transfer receipt? Are there instances where the transfer gets denied? What options do I have if that’s the case? PS: I’m a direct hire @ both places
don't risk it. wait till approval. if you're not in engineering, you're more vulnerable to a reject. I've heard of PMs getting rejects.

Don't take risk unless u don't have an option..uscis guys don't know faang or anything..they go with documentation. .
Definitely wait for the approval. I know a friend who was asked crazy questions as part of RFE including other employees pay so the new employer revoked the offer

Don’t move without h1b approval. Such a sad state of affairs for well educated, well paid, skilled legal immigrants. Meanwhile, illegal immigrants are roaming the streets free. Well done
