H1b transfer denied after RFE
Hi, Just wondering if anyone has received a denial notice after RFE. Just wanted to see why is USCIS rejecting H1b transfer. Would be helpful to know SOC Job title current company Job title new company Education My H1b transfer just received RFE, not sure of the reason but I am freaking out
From which company to which one are you doing the transfer?
I would not like to disclose that.. but both are retail companies on the east coast. I have a supply chain background. Masters and bachelors in business with a conc in supply chain. Masters from US. 5 years works exp.

No I did not but it’s such good opportunity that it would be unfortunate to miss it only because my visa could not get transferred
Sorry to hear this. How long is your rfe process expected to take? And is your new employer ready to wait for that?
I think so, it was filed in premium so after we respond we should get an answer in 15 days
Got transfer RFE, waiting for results, been 4 days since RFE was filed

What's happens after a denial? You could still continue to work at your current employer, right?
So long as you didn't transfer on receipt
