H1b transfer query
I am in process of h1b transfer with new employer. After all documentation, fragomen file my application to uscis but they didnt asked me for last paystub (28th feb). They applied with 15 jan, 30 jan and 15 Feb payslip. As lawyer havent uploaded 28th feb paystub will that be an issue, has someone faced this scenario before?

My case is being taken care of by Fragomen as well. They are not very good at responding to emails. How do you communicate with them? Are they good at what they do?
They are terrible to say the least. Include HR on your emails

Now fragomen applied my application in premium processing on 15th mar? They have paystubs till 15th feb. Is it okay? They didnt asked me any documents but just asking out of curiosity..
Nope, you need a payslip in last 30 days, so till March 15th your Feb 15th payslip can be treated as latest without any issues.
