H1b transfer rejection
Hi my H1b transfer request from my previous company to my new company has been rejected once. Now my new company filed again -fresh filing with change of role etc. I want to know in current scenario can I search for job in US and can other company file H1b transfer ?
Did they give a reason for rejection? I guess the role in the new company was very different from your current company and that needs a different LCA?

Yes you can, since the transfer is just a step where a 2nd or 3rd employer wants to sponsor. As long as your current one is active you are good. I got a reject too for transfer (still don't know my options till next week review with lawyers). Let me know how your refile goes. Can you share why your transfer was rejected and if refile has any challenges (that lawyers may have told you)?
What’s the role and background??
Background is mix of both tech and management and current role is more of strategic CRM multiple projects management
May not be a “speciality occupation”, especially if uscis believes that a US citizen can do the job you’re doing fairly easily... I’m sure there are plenty of project managers that are US nationals...
