Once you sign the offer, end to end process takes 6-8 weeks considering they can file premium processing.
6-8 weeks is too long...
A lot depends on the attorney’s. In my last two job changes, it took 6-8 weeks to get my approved H1-B in hand after I signed the offer. Remember there are other steps including but not limited to background verification, case preparation, labor filing, company has to sign the documents, etc. The firm was BAL.
Facebook uses BAL as their immigration firm. Immigration firms are game changers wrt visa application timelines. Look them up on Blind. All the best. 👍
LCA would take 5 business days and H1B approval another 5 business days if done in premium. But background check and questionnaire filling up would take 3-4 days before they initiate visa transfer.
