My current role is Technical/Project Lead and I got a Senior Software Engineer role at LinkedIn. I got a bachelors and masters degree in computer science ( outside US ). Can this lead to RFE fr visa transfer as per the new role ? I have visa valid till next year, can i travel outside the country while my h1b transfer is initaited and return back in weeks time ? Can someone help me in knowing the average timeline of visa transfer in premium processing at Linkedin, and success rate. Thanks

ByteDance is officially fucked
Took me about 3 months with premium processing, and from experience, everything right now requires RFE. I've done RFE twice in a span of 8 months, first time was H1B, second was the H1B transfer. Got approved both times. Between me and 2 other colleagues, none of our RFE's were rejected.
Comment Checks out. In the same boat. RFE processing takes time. Plan accordingly OP
Thanks for the info.
