H1b vs non-H1b salaries

Are H1b salaries competitive to non-H1b? Or typically lower? I’m not H1b but wondering how useful the figures are for negotiations since that’s all public info

use it as baseline as lca data is for minimum required salary. actual TC is always higher than whats mentioned in LCA

LOL you mean like L1, right? Because citizens and residents sure as heck pay FICA (and technically FICA as a term covers both Social Security and Medicare as taxes)

In your labor always check what wage level you are in. There are four levels and if you are above 2 then you are better paid than even citizens.
