H1b with i140 with h4 ead
I have an offer and start my process h1b transfer and few weeks later I get another offer and decide to choose that company .can I do that? Multiple companies trying to do my h1b and ead transfer?

You can. Once your visa is approved all you need is atleast one company sponsorship. Even if both companies finish the transfer, you can still choose to continue with your current employer. This is what I have understood by talking to legal teams.
So do I need to inform my current employer about this ?

Even with PP, h4 wont be processed with H1B.
