HOW TO BE HIRED BY company and avoid AGENCIES???
Seriously, I am done. My last agency was freaking awful. Please, tell me, how to be hired to full time by company (apply on career page?π€) and avoid those terrible agencies, who wanna pay me 30% of what company pay total. That's crazy and I am frustrated! P.s. I am QA, not dev

I used to be QA/test too, then decided it was incredibly limiting to my career to stay that way. Life is better as a dev. Bridge the gap, leet code, take a contract dev job, get more experience, get FT dev job.
Apply on the careers page or ask someone you know at that company to refer you. Do a lot of leetcode first.
