I’m an HR manager and I work with a company that recently recieved private equity funding. I took a paycut because I believe in the technology and have an amazing boss and amazing CEO. I have made quite a few changes that resulted in close to 100k in savingd and have taken on other tasks such as renewing break area, working with the state to apply for grants that we qualofy for etc but the pay isnt cutting it. I want to stay with the company but want to make more money via consulting and possibly work remotely for 2 days a week. Thoughts and Ideas? My passion is small business and implementing and auditing HR. Any feedback is great.
