New company values wallpaper was forced onto the entire company and we can't change it! It's FUGLY! Has anyone put in their two weeks for something this petty? Edit:Forgot to mention the wallpaper had a guy doing a gesture that resembled the Nazi salute, eventually we all complained on the HR channel and they got rid of the Nazi, but still unchangeable
You can be a trendsetter. Do it!
That would be an awfully stupid reason to leave a job
Who cares?
Not you!
You could always design a few of your own, reach out to coworkers in your company, collect feedback and suggestions/votes on a new design and then submit it to HR or the Corporate branding group to have it replaced. :D (or befriend a member of the device admin team to change just your machine)
This is what happens when you work in a company called ‘New’
Should write company-values wallpaper. It's an adjective in this case. It took two times for me to read it and make sense
I told my previous HR team I needed a black background to avoid screen glare and medical damage to my eyes - only took a day to get opted out.
Did they do the same yet for the toilet-paper?
Well that would be petty. Plenty of companies do just this.
First tech company I've been at that does this. /Shrug
