    Don’t stress about hair.
Get super fit (6-8 pack) and then go bald. You will look super sexy.

Amazon got a point ... if you are ugly with bald head then try to compensate with 6 pack 👍🏻👍🏻

Lol. No. Does one walk around with their shirts off?

After a certain point, a guy with a 6pack will set off the gaydar

That’s BS. Women can see through ur shirt if u r fit and hot. Jus like men do.
Also, a fit guy is always more confident than any cute guy.

It is very sad indeed. The worst part is when you see people’s eyes flicker towards your receding hairline during conversations, and then you immediately try to fix your wispy hair with a quick light push of the hand. Work out, bulk up, and shave it - easier said than done.

Not taking any special care ... just coming home, eating junk, sleeping and Netflix

I’d recommend making it a priority to do things that help you manage your stress - in a more mindful and intentional way. I’d also recommend making sure to incorporate more good foods into your diet.

How can you expect your hair to grow nicely if you are so stressed out that your body puts this extra/unnecessary function of growing hair on the back burner and then you don’t even give it the nutrients/building blocks it needs to make hair?

I started getting a big bald spot in my early 20’s and was obviously self conscious. My dermatologist gave me a low dose of finasteride. 12 years later I still have hair. I would honestly recommend it above anything else in this thread. Just a small pill every morning with my coffee and no stress at all about my hairline.
    Sep 13 6
    • Pure Storage WBgN
It came back some, but mostly the reason I’m recommending it is it stopped me from losing anymore. When I started it the dr said anything I’ve lost in the last 12 months has a chance of coming back as the cells could still be alive. And that was fairly true. If only I had started it a year or two sooner...

Your diet has nothing to do with hair loss. Please don’t let others tell you that you can eat your way to more hair. Rogaine and Propecia both work.

  • Hulu iAMmeNOTu
If you start using rogain and you stop you'll be losing more hair. So either don't start it or commit to using it until you are dead or fully bald.

Or you could just shave it & if you don't want to, just embrace it!!!

      Thanks for the reply

If that is the case then it’s better to go with Rogaine and embrace at later point when we don’t want to use Rogaine

Or u can have a surgery (which I don't recommend at all- you might as well shave it) and see if that takes but it's not fully safe and doesn't work on anyone. Also since they cut your scalp if you shave your head you'll always see the scars which is very scary

Take few pearl onions and two pieces of garlic extract and massage your head for 10 mins and take a bath. If you don't like the smell then alternative is mix coconut oil with onion seed powder (kalonji) and warm it for few minutes. Use the oil once it comes to normal temperature.

Both the recipe would increase the blood flow in the head. It will prevent the hair loss when you use it for twice a week. You can see the effect immediately however after a month you could see your hair fall would be reduced gradually. It's an Indian ayurvedic recipe. For more info, just Google these two recipes..

Take a Propecia generic (I.e finisteride). It's like $7/3 mo. Provided you aren't one of the few that experience side effects, it should help you keep what you have left and maybe grow back some.

In the end though, if you're young and can't "work it" cuz it's too much of an uphill battle, then maybe a lifestyle change to "embrace it" by keeping it close cut or shaved is in order. If you hear Bill Burr's/Joe Rogan's podcast they make light fun of their evolutionary process and make you feel better about yourself and about the brotherhood of all men in this situation.

Get some arm tats(?), beard(?), stay fit(?) and you won't experience prejudice from girls the way you'd think (wiry nerds get tats nowadays and I have to admit they really do lose that nerd stigma). You'll get used to your new look (like designing a video game character) and you won't give a shit any more for the rest of your life. You'll initially get the wat??? looks only from the friends/family that know you, but they'll adapt quickly by day 2.

Um yea dont take anything, side effects are not worth the results. And you have to keep taking that bullshit.

What you should do is embrace it. Cut your hair short, don’t keep it long as it makes it worse.

You’ll get used to it, have confidence and people wont care that you are balding

Rogaine but use the liquid kind. More of the medicine actually hits your scalp and it works better. You can order Kirkland brand (Costco) from Amazon. Brand name doesn’t matter as its all minoxidil
