I passed hiring committee at Google, they know I have a competing offer and they are asking me for details on the TC from the competitor. Should I share now or wait until they make actual offer?
Share now. They only take the hard data points into account anyways.
True they should make the punishment well known
Well I just shared an the HM is asking me for an email screenshot. Weird.

Post TC of all offers. You know how this works.
My competing is $195k/yr, $200k RSUs ($50k vests after 1st year and then quarterly), $40k sign-on and a 20% annual bonus. G hasn't even made an offer yet.
Companies? TC?
Competing is from Li: $195k/yr, $200k RSUs, $40k sign-on and a 20% annual bonus. G hasn't even made an offer yet.
Wait till you pass VP review and they are ready to take it to comp committee. Also why is the hiring manager asking for competing TC? He shouldn’t even be involved in the process. All a bit weird.
This is the recruiter asking.
Mistake earlier when I said HM.
Op any progress?
When did you have your onsite interview and how long it took to hear from Google?
Had onsite 2 weeks ago, told them I had competing the whole time. Just got word that I passed HC now, still waiting for them to find a team for me since the role in original team I applied for is no longer available. (ProgMgr, 8YoE)
TPM? Shouldn’t you have team match first before HC
