Happiest company with highest tco
I dont feel mission aligned with fb and have been questioning if social media is a net positive for us all. I love my tco ($300k) but would like to work for some company thats not involved in things that are bad (like palantir ) Any recommendations in bay area ?

How about Salesforce?
B2b is a neutral spot for me. Usually such companies can't cause harm. They don't make me happy either. I've started realizing that tc is half of the story. Mission alignment and excitement is important as well.

Big G seems like a good spot. I've heard it's heavy on middle management and politics. But that could vary team to team.
