Harassment and discrimination at Capital One
Has anyone else experienced this at Capital One? Male leaders are protected by HR and associates standing up for their rights are bullied in an attempt to make them leave. I won’t back down or be quieted and want others to know you’re not alone. This is not ok. #capitalone

Capital One is like Facebook and Google. It’s the men that have to worry about sexual discrimination and being passed up for recognition and promotions, not women. They’re definitely not corporation of the good old boys club that protects their own. They go well out of their way to be as women empowering as possible.
What about racial discrimination? Would you say the same?

all harassment is not sexual harassment. You are using the #metoo tag here .... are you saying that capital one ignored a report of "sexual harassment". If yes I live in Plano and I am ready to drive down to their office here in Plano and take up your case with the HR. I'm serious. But you must first clarify whether it was general workplace harassment or sexual harassment
Would inapropriate/unwanted touching between same gender manager and subordinate classify as sexual or general? Would hr act on general workplace harrassment?
