Honestly its a platform to mine data on people and their general over all job satisfaction, if you start seeing someone like posts that generally are about how managers are stupid and dont account for wlb, it shows that the people are identifying against the workplace conduct. All of these platforms are tools to mine how we feel think and identify ourselves, i could predict trump winning through facebook presidential debate data mining. Imagine all the data and its use cases.
LinkedIn is four diverse people reposting the same made-up story about helping out the little guy as if it’s their own, every single day, and being rewarded with likes and comments praising them.
There are few more like Bridgette, Oleg. Donno how they help others on daily basis. These people simply write some made up story to get likes and praising comments.

I'm on LI since a few months after their launch. It has helped people find me and it's not useful for job search anymore. I rarely see the feed now because it's no longer a 'professional' network platform.
The feed is my favorite part. I think you haven't added the right people.
