I was able to win a business of 200k worth project. Have a business of separate monthly income of 3-5k and I have my salary. I am planning to expand my software development consultancy service in LA and around that area. Any suggestions how I should start my business and get more projects. Eg: go to meetups and give speeches ect.. At the moment it's just me and 2 friends. Formed a cooperation (co) and re-wamping our website. Planning to get some partnerships with larger product based companies.

We do mostly web application development (e-commerce), system migration / Integration, Mobile application development.
Focus more on the integration, specifically with Apache Spark. Not that much expertise in the Los Angeles area, so you can make good money with that. I am moving from the bay area to orange county in September myself.
