I’d seriously recommend against getting Padmasree Warrior on the Board of Directors. Vote AGAINST out. She’s a trainwreck. Also please vote FOR the proposals 4 & 5- we need employee representation on the Board of Directors, and we need the comoany to come clean with the report on the Gender Pay Gap. Remember Satya at GHC 4 years ago talking about women and compensation and Karma? Well, this should be the Karma of the MSFT leadership about being transparent and truthful.

According to OP, reason to vote against # 1. "She is a trainwreck." Signing up with a "new" account, and just saying that is more likely to get people to vote for because you didn't even provide a proper reason. That's all you got?.
