What did you do?
It’s tough. Drink plenty of water and take adequate fiber. Psyllium husk is a good natural fiber supplement. Avoid spicy food.
Use baby diaper rash w/ zinc oxide 40%. It will help
Sitting in a bathtub filled with warm salted water also helps with recovery. As others mentioned, fiber, at least 64 ounces of water per day, and taking more PTO helps with prevention.
64 oz is solid advice. Did you find any hacks to remind yourself to drink more water?
I drink one 16 oz bottle per meal. I also drink half a bottle immediately after waking up in the morning and before bed. That meets the 64 oz minimum. Then there are the drinks I have throughout the day while snacking - so I usually get an average of 88oz/day.
Stop sitting on the toilet seat for more than 2-3 minutes
Heh. What’s happens to blind user engagement then?
After each bath massage your butt hole with coconut oil
It was great.
Water water water. Also I will point out fiber made mine worse. I'm a power lifter so I consume a ton of protein. So increasing fiber just made the solid masses I shit larger. Not good. Turns out if you largely cut out fiber, with hifh protein, your body becomes more efficient and shits very small dense turds. That had helped me immensely. Witch hazel. Squatty Potty!!!! Have wipes at home and work.
They really suck. Super painful. More than you would know if you haven’t had them before.

28 terrorist worshipping idiots just got themselves fired and I've never been prouder to work at Google.
My boyfriend has hemorrhoids and they are awful. His doctor suggested taking in more fiber in his first and that helped a bunch.
How old is your BF? And what kind of fiber did he take?
25. He started eating a salad once a day (lunch) and I think a supplement.
