Does it help to mention patents in the resume? Or is it entirely the interview feedback which gets you in FLAG?
Might help if the patent is in an area that is useful to the company, especially to move through the recruiter scan. But interview feedback has more priority.
It’s not the main factor but helps. Shows the ownership and involvement of the product you worked.

Granted patents are publically available and can be discussed.
A good company would not discuss as it pollutes their IP. But I agree granted can be discussed
